BE A ROLE MODEL!
The best way to show kids that healthy, active lifestyles are important is for them to see this behavior modeled in the community! To help send this message, CISGC is hosting it's 2nd Annual Fruity 5K Run/Walk & Kids' Fun Course!
What is it?
No matter your age or fitness level the Fruity 5K Run/Walk is for you! The goal of the Fruity 5K Run/Walk is to celebrate each kilometer with a dose of color. In the end, your badge of honor will be the colors you’re wearing!
The course is a combination of inclines that challenge you and declines that reward you.
A full description of the course can be found on the Fruity 5K details page.
The FREE Kids' Fun Course will be on site for children age 4 to 10. The Kids' Course will also have color stations throughout for kids who don’t want to miss out on the fun!
